Mistakes are part of life. No wonder that the letter “M” of the Leadership alphabet stands for Mistakes. Make them!

What distinguishes us as leaders from all the other people is …. our response to those mistakes. Life and making mistakes go hand in hand. Leadership and life go hand in hand. But what makes leadership different from life in general is our reaction to our mistakes.

Be Respons-able.

That will make you a leader.

Now you know what I’ve chosen for the letter “M”. Maybe you have chosen the same. Please scroll down and read what word I’ve chosen for the other letters.
