This 2-day intensive training helps supervisors and managers develop their skills to improve delegation, giving positive feedback & developmental constructive feedback to improve performance, to handle caring confrontation of behavior that must be changed to meet expectations and much, much more!
Ad.II Training for Trainers
This program helps anyone learn to do a better job of training others. Not only trainers, but also supervisors, managers, team leaders and team members need to know how to teach someone else. Hewlett-Packard has used this training program with hundreds of people because they expect everyone to be able to teach others how to do what they do! During these 2 days participants learn how to plan what they want to teach to someone to make sure that the learner learns and remembers what they learn. They also learn the personal skills required to create rapport with the learner, to communicate most effectively, how to make sure the learner is understanding, how to give feedback skillfully to assist the learner’s skill development, how to use various techniques and tools for helping others learn, recall and remember most effectively.

This 1-day intensive training helps employees at all levels learn what to do and how to do it to assure that others with whom they interact will perceive them as appropriate, tactful and respectful.
Ad. IV The Effective Supervisor/Manager
Supervising others requires a daunting range of knowledge and skills. This training program is designed to provide new supervisors and managers with the basic tools to help them be successful and to provide more experienced supervisors the opportunity to add to and sharpen their skills for improved effectiveness. This training program is “hands on” and emphasizes useful tools and techniques for getting the best results. Each major topic will involve application and practice exercises and participants will be actively involved throughout. You will leave with many ideas to implement upon return to work and new skills to help you handle the everyday challenges of supervision.

Today, we communicate in a faster paced and more crowded world. As a consequence we need to understand and master skills to communicate in a more knowledgeable way to bringing about the desired result. A tool is the understanding of our communication style and the personal style of our communication partner. That understanding will forward the conversation more clearly and precisely for both communication partners.
In this training you will increase your understanding and knowledge of communication by learning your own and other’s communication style. The training includes a communication assessment, a presentation on communication, and exercises.
