Every year I choose a word that will guide my leadership.

Why?

It focuses.

As we as leaders have so much stuff to concentrate on one word can be so refreshing… and easy to remember.

So, if one thing would be central in your leadership in 2017, what would it be?

It might be:

– assertiveness: expressing your thoughts and emotions in a respectful way.

– planning: this year you’re really going to make progress with your priorities and time management.

– strengths: using your own strengths and those of others to the max.

– fun: yes, fun and leadership can go hand and hand.

What will be your leadership word and focus for 2017?
